| Insurance Notice |
| I found out some
information about Community Health Plan of
Washington. They will cover hypnosis under their
Basic Health Plan. They cover it at 80%, so the
co-pay is 20%. People that have this health plan
have a $250 deductible. |
| To get hypnosis it takes a
referral by their primary care physician and
then they can come up to 6 times. I talked to
Community Health Plans and they said that they
pay within 30 days. Their customer service
number is 800-440-1561. |
| The woman that I talked to
said that Medicare pays part of their fee so she
wondered if some of the other Medicare
Supplement Basic Health Plans might not cover
also. |
